Auch zum Tauchen geeignet. Schützt vor atmosphärischen und biologischen Einwirkungen und erhöht die natürliche Schönheit des Holzes. Klar oder pigmentiert erhältlich. Es blättert nicht ab und erfordert kein Schleifen. Es kann allein als periodische Behandlung der Oberflächen oder als farbige Untergrund verwendet werden, bevor mit transparentem Öl (z. B. Decking Oil HD - Danish Oil) nachgeölt wird.

Im Vergleich zu 1997 weisen heute emissionsarme Baustoffe einen hundert- bis tausendfach tieferen TVOC-Wert auf (Gesamtmenge an flüchtigen organischen Verbindungen). Besteht bei einem Baustoff der Verdacht, das Erbgut zu verändern, Krebs auszulösen oder die Fortpflanzungsfähigkeit zu beeinträchtigen, wird er nicht mit dem EMICODE-Siegel zertifiziert.
