B.P.S srl was founded as a family owned company and now is led by the fourth generation with a true passion for touch up, finishes and universal wood products. Everything started in 1928, when ANTON BRAND founded in Germany the first specialized company bringing his name. Since then, the company grew and thrived, with a constant attention to high quality technology with a sustainable environmental impact.

1978

From the first experiences of the master carpenter Anton Brand, who used to deliver the items by bike, we have passed to the engineer Theodor Kaus, who could count on the car to deliver our universal wood products. In 1978, with the intention of combining technology and creativity, the know-how was transferred to Italy. The change was directed by Franco Bortoluzzi, an Italian emigrant to Germany, who accepted the challenge with enthusiasm and determination: Borma Wachs was then founded in Jesolo, near Venice.

Since that time the company has continued to grow, improving from the point of view of techniques and selection of materials. The constant growth led to the current international B.P.S. SRL, distributed in over 50 countries worldwide.
Borma Wachs, today BPS srl, is led by the fourth generation, with the ambition to keep alive, share and improve a century-old tradition, trasmitting to the newest generations the passion for the wood care and treatment industry, with an extreme attention for quality and eco-sustainability to develop the best universal wood products.
