NATURAQUA DECKING OIL HD is a mixture of oils in water reinforced with resins specifically designed for the treatment of wood intended for outdoor environments.
Ready to use, nonflaking, it is easy to apply and thanks to the oils it contains, it has excellent wettability and is non-greasy when dry.
Produced with top quality natural raw materials, enriched with UV filters, it guarantees excellent resistance to atmospheric agents.
Specifically formulated for the protection and embellishment of all types of raw wood, if applied stained, it decorates and increases performance over time.
Good resistance to trampling.

Before applying the products, to ensure correct, optimal and safe use of our products, we invite you to download the technical sheets available here.
Clean the surface to be treated from grease, silicones, old paint or traces of dirt; if possible sand lightly
Spread the product evenly avoiding excesses. For the first coat we recommend the use of the Borma application brush.
Leave to dry for a minimum of 6-8 hours. (Since it is an oxidative oil, the time may vary according to climatic conditions. A day of strong sun and good ventilation can greatly accelerate drying times.) Consider adding the retarder NAT4150 at 10%–30%. It will help to improve spreading and absorption.
If necessary, proceed with sanding with 220-240 grit sandpaper.

Eurofins danish laboratories have recognized the conformity of Borma Wachs oils to EN 71-3 norm, relating to the migration of harmful heavy metals, guaranteeing the safety of the treatments in such a way that they can also be safe for use on childrens' toys.

Borma Wachs products are tested and approved by IBR, Intitut für Baubiologie Rosenheim. The performed analysis certify that our products are complying in terms of VOC content, biocides, heavy metals and radioactivity, guaranteeing full eco-compatibility with Green Building principles.
This product's safety is guaranteed more than just by EN 71-3 certificate. Its safety for children is supported by DIN 53160/1-2 and DIN 68861/1 (Resistance to saliva and sweat; Resistance to cold liquids ) certificates as well. The product does not release harmful substances even when in contact with common alimentary liquids or mucuous membrane.
