NATURAQUA FLOORMAX 2K TOP HD 4167 is a polyurethane-based self-sealing lacquer for the treatment of parquet.
Used in combination with its hardener, (code NAT4100-2K) it respects the environment and the health of the operators, it is practically odorless and VOC-free.
NATURAQUA FLOORMAX 2K TOP HD 4167 develops very high levels of resistance to wear and abrasion for traditional, pre-sanded or restored wooden floors,
maintaining excellent transparency and neutral tones.
Very high performance of the water-based fast drying two-component technology.
Compliant to EN71.III Safety for children's toys.
Compliant to French VOC Classe A+.

Wood humidity should preferably be between 9%-12% and relative air humidity 30-60%.
High temperatures and low humidity shorten drying times, low temperatures and high humidity lengthen drying times.
Although the product is a self-sealer, the prior application of a primer is recommended.
Suggested cycle:
1 x coat of NATURAQUA FLOORMAX BASE,
2 x NATURAQUA FLOORMAX 2K TOP HD 4167
PRODUCT APPLICATION AND PREPARATION:
Mix Naturaqua Floormax 2K Top HD 4167 and the NAT4100-2K hardener in a ratio of 1:10, stir very well, then add 10% of water (preferably demineralized), then stir again.
Wait 10 minutes before applying. For longer open times consider diluting from 5 to 10% max. with the retarder for Borma water-based lacque
Wait for 2-4 hours.
Sand with 180-220 grit sandpaper or mesh and dust perfectly before applying the second coat.
Apply at least a second coat.
Wait 24 hours for complete drying.

The EMICODE mark guarantees that the material has been tested and certified according to its emission level. Compared to 1997, low-emission building materials now have a TVOC value (total quantity of volatile organic compounds) from one hundred to one thousand times lower. The EMICODE mark is not issued if a building material is suspected of altering genetic makeup, causing cancer or impairing reproductive capacity.
