Clear neutral waterborne base coat for the treatment of all types of wooden floors.
Specifically created for preliminary treatment before applying Naturaqua Floormax Top finishing lacquers.
Ready to use as a one-component product, it can also be catalysed with Borma NAT4100-2K catalyst for water-based paints,
in a ratio of 10:1. Excellent transparency and elasticity.
Due to its consistency, it is easy to apply both by brush and roller.
The water-based technology guarantees the very low level of volatile organic compounds (VOC), respecting the user and the environment.

Sand the product to obtain a smooth, clean surface free of oils, greases, waxes, silicones and old paint.
Apply a water-based binder resin, loaded with wood dust, to fill cracks and irregularities and/or to even out the surface and homogenize its absorption.
After 1-2 hours, sand with 120-180 grit sandpaper.
Before applying the base coat carefully vacuum up all the sanding dust and remove any residues with an antistatic cloth.
Min. working temperature is 10 °C.
ONE-COMPONENT APPLICATION:
Ready for use. Apply the product and then after 1-2 hours sand with 180-220 grit sandpaper, carefully vacuum up all the sanding dust and remove any residues with an antistatic cloth. In case of very hot climate, for a better spreading, we recommend to consider the need of minimum 10% XA9103 retardant addition.
Then proceed with the NATURAQUA FLOORMAX TOP finish.
TWO-COMPONENT APPLICATION:
Mix the base and hardener NAT4100-2K in a 10:1 ratio, stir well, then add 5-10% preferably demineralized water.
If adequately stirred, after 10 minutes apply the product and then after 1-2 hours sand with 220 grit sandpaper.
Carefully vacuum up all the sanding dust and remove any residues with an antistatic cloth, to prepare the surface for the NATURAQUA FLOORMAX TOP finishing treatment.
Pot life: 4 hours

The EMICODE mark guarantees that the material has been tested and certified according to its emission level. Compared to 1997, low-emission building materials now have a TVOC value (total quantity of volatile organic compounds) from one hundred to one thousand times lower. The EMICODE mark is not issued if a building material is suspected of altering genetic makeup, causing cancer or impairing reproductive capacity.
