Description
This product is a natural amber shellac sealer, made with the highest quality waxed lemon ABTN shellac. Its high solid content make this product an ideal base for the traditional warm and bright finish associated with classic furniture.

Method of Usage
The wood must not be varnished; it must be free of dust, grease and wax. Check that any stains that have been applied (Stain concentrate, Spirit stains) are perfectly dry.
The product must be applied at a room temperature no lower than 10°C.
Apply evenly using a pad or brush.
Powder is produced after 10-15 minutes, completely dry after 30 minutes. Sand lightly (240-360 grain) and then apply a second coat.

Borma Wachs products are tested and approved by IBR, Intitut für Baubiologie Rosenheim. The performed analysis certify that our products are complying in terms of VOC content, biocides, heavy metals and radioactivity, guaranteeing full eco-compatibility with Green Building principles.
This product's safety is guaranteed more than just by EN 71-III certificate. Its safety for children is supported by DIN 53160/1-2 and DIN 68861/1 (Resistance to saliva and sweat; Resistance to cold liquids ) certificates as well. The product does not release harmful substances even when in contact with common alimentary liquids or mucuous membrane.

The EMICODE mark is not issued if a building material is suspected of altering genetic makeup, causing cancer or impairing reproductive capacity.
