Description

Natural oil based treatment, reinforced with high quality resins, for the finishing of wood floors, with the application of one or two coatings. Suitable for soft and hard timbers, in particular for adsorbent and porous woods. Now Quick version available, fast drying. The addition of special waxes allows to obtain surfaces with a natural effect, with the same scratch resistance but with an higher softness to the touch and an increase in opacity. Usually opaque, can become a little glossy with more than one layer. White is excellent for oil finishes in which intense coloration and low oxidation over time is desired, transparent is ideal for protecting the white layer from scratches and dirt.

Method of Usage

Stir well the content of the can before usage of the product, especially when colored. Use clean containers and tools. Apply according to the suggested consume rate. To obtain a regular drying apply even and not too thick layers.

After sufficient hardening sand with abrasive paper 220-240 grain.

Dust off accurately before the application of a second coating.

Eurofins danish laboratories have recognized the conformity of Borma Wachs oils to EN 71-III norm, relating to the migration of harmful heavy metals, guaranteeing the safety of the treatments in such a way that they can also be safe for use on childrens' toys.

The EMICODE mark guarantees that the material has been tested and certified according to its emission level. Compared to 1997, low-emission building materials now have a TVOC value (total quantity of volatile organic compounds) from one hundred to one thousand times lower. The EMICODE mark is not issued if a building material is suspected of altering genetic makeup, causing cancer or impairing reproductive capacity.
