To obtain a uniform colour before starting the retouching operation shake the pen hard so that the small internal ball rattles. Continue for approx 1 minute.
Press down the retractile pen-head a few times until the varnish starts flowing.
Carefully apply directly to the wood. Close cap securely after use.
If after several applications the effect is not uniform yet, clean the pen-head with a piece of paper or cloth.
